Join us for a fun, virtual evening tasting wine from Frichette Winery, Washington’s only Black-owned Winery with expertly paired appetizers from Marjorie restaurant.
Guests will learn about the wine from co-owner of Frichette Winery, Shae Frichette. Marjorie owner Donna Moodie will walk us through appetizers created to pair perfectly with the wine selections . We will also dive into a discussion around United Way’s college completion work and how your support can make a difference.

Two bottles of wine from Frichette Winery
- One bottle of Frichette Winery Malbec
- One bottle of Frichette Winery Semillon
Expertly paired appetizers from Marjorie:
- Jamaican Jerked Skewers, Yam Purée Accompaniment , Choice of: Chicken or Tofu
- Buratta Strawberry Salad, Spring Greens, Grilled Bread, Strawberry Balsamic Gastrique
Guests will need to pick up their meal kit prior to the event. Pick up will be available between 3-5 p.m. on Saturday, May 8th at Marjorie.
This event is an opportunity to come together, build community, and raise funds for the important work United Way does daily to ensure people have homes, students graduate, and families are financially stable. We hope you’ll join us!
