And when crises hit, we’re ready with rapid response support to meet urgent needs.

We work to combat structural and institutional racism and reduce inequities so we can build an equitable future—together. We empower neighborhood-based organizations, putting the power in their hands.
Bridging the Wealth Gap Campaign
We’re helping close the wealth gap by investing in homeownership and small business growth—key pathways to building generational wealth. By focusing on communities long denied these opportunities, we’re creating lasting security, stability, and a future where everyone can thrive.
Advocacy
From city halls to the Olympia State House, we not only advocate for public policies and help pass them, we also work side by side with communities to ensure that they’re equitably and effectively implemented in ways that work for people in our community.
