A telephone support service for people in emotional distress or crisis.  Anyone can call for support and/or linkage to community services. You do not need to be in crisis to call.

Hotline for reporting assaults
The U.S. government has set up a hotline to respond to increasing complaints of verbal and physical assaults against Muslims, Arab-Americans and other minorities in the wake of the September 11th terror attacks.
