Nonprofit Assistance Center (NAC)
Services: The Nonprofit Assistance Center is a training and consulting resource working to build better communities by strengthening the organizations within them.
Serves: Management support for grassroots organizations based in communities of color, immigrant and refugee communities and low-income communities
Fee Structure: Services are free to organizations that qualify; there may be a small fee for trainings. NAC has a technical assistance fund that organizations can access to hire a consultant, for cross-training or skill-sharing between two or more organizations, or to attend NAC's trainings or conferences.

Executive Service Corps of Washington
Services: ESCWA can assist with financial issues, planning, board development, human resources, facilities and other areas of nonprofit management.  Programs include training on financial management and presentation skills.

Washington Attorneys Assisting Community Organizations
Services: WAACO connects Washington nonprofit organizations with attorneys who provide free legal assistance on business and transactional (non-litigation) matters. WAACO helps nonprofits throughout the state find free legal assistance to help with contract review, real estate and lease transactions, trademark, copyright and licensing matters, employment and personnel policies, risk management and insurance matters, mergers or dissolutions, and drafting or revising corporate bylaws and other corporate documents.
