A Home Run For Donors
At the July 3 Mariners vs. Baltimore Orioles game, United Way of King County’s leadership-level donors came together for an evening of fun and inspiration with campaign co-chair and former Mariners catcher Dan Wilson.
Guests shared two private suites donated for the evening by the Mariners and Virginia Mason Team Medicine. A presentation by Dan and a special visit by the Mariner Moose (seen above with United Way supporters Andy Alred and Daryl Reichstein) got donors pumped up and ready for United Way’s 2012–2013 campaign season. Though the Mariners lost the late nail-biter 5-4, donors finished the game happy and energized for the great work happening across King County through United Way.
